Jason (Jay) Barron, Ph.D., has joined McAndrews as Senior Counsel. His areas of expertise include patent and trademark prosecution, Hatch-Waxman litigation, competitive IP analyses, portfolio management, trade secret program development, and IP transactions.
Before joining McAndrews, Jay worked in-house at a number of companies, including Acer Therapeutics (now Zevra Therapeutics), Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, and Corning Incorporated.
