Life Sciences Intellectual Property Review Names McAndrews Shareholder Nabeela Rasheed, Ph.D., To Editorial Board

McAndrews, Held & Malloy shareholder Nabeela Rasheed, Ph.D., has been invited to serve on the editorial board of Life Sciences Intellectual Property Review (LSIPR) magazine. As generic pharmaceuticals and biosimilars have been subject to increased regulatory and legislative action, Dr. Rasheed has emerged at the forefront of lawyers helping clients address the maze of legal, technical, research and manufacturing issues within the biotech industry surrounding biological therapeutics and follow-on biologics.

LSIPR covers the increasing challenges IP specialists face in the rapidly evolving world of life sciences. Its editorial board consists of leading IP attorneys from some of the most successful firms in the nation. While in this role, Dr. Rasheed will continue to contribute insightful articles and provide thought-provoking commentary on issues related to IP in the biotech and life sciences industries. She will also provide guidance and recommendations regarding LSIPR's editorial direction, thus ensuring coverage addresses top concerns facing the publication's readership.

She has extensive experience with opposition practice in the United States and Europe, and regularly represents clients in patent reexaminations, inter partes reviews and post-grant reviews.
