McAndrews Announces Blockbuster Agenda and Panelists For Intellectual Property Law Symposium

Leading Lawyers from Top Corporations Will Offer Insights on The Intersection of IP Protection and Sound Business Practices

Chicago, IL – Sept. 19, 2013 – Leading lawyers from some of the most prominent corporations in the country – including many in the Fortune 500 – will top the agenda at McAndrews, Held & Malloy’s fourth annual Intellectual Property Symposium on Thursday, October 17, 2013, at the firm’s offices at 500 W. Madison, 35th Floor, Chicago.  Attended by innovative IP leaders from Chicago and throughout the United States and abroad, this complimentary event will feature remarks by senior in-house counsel including:

Unlike previous events, discussions will focus on the increasingly important connections between the worlds of business and law.  Speakers will provide strategic and practical, “how-to” approaches to a variety of relevant topics, including common myths about PTAB trial practice, litigating at the Patent Office, and strategic considerations for product design and enforcement, among other subjects. Attendees can earn seven hours of MCLE credit for the event, including one Illinois ethics credit.
