“We continually seek to add bright, new talent to our team,” said McAndrews, Held & Malloy Shareholder and Firm President Robert A. Surrette. “Our clients look to us for very specialized legal counsel, especially as the demand for IP litigation increases, and more general counsel seek business advisors who are knowledgeable and have actual experience with IPR proceedings, biosimilars and ACA compliance issues. This group of new associates bolsters our capabilities in these key areas and we’re pleased to have them on board.”
