MCANDREWS does not collect personally identifying information from visitors to this web site unless provided by the visitor or the visitor's browser. MCANDREWS will not use information provided through your use of the website except to respond to direct inquiries or to measure traffic or traffic trends. We do not provide or sell any of this information to third parties. We do not currently use "cookies." MCANDREWS reserves the right to change our policy regarding cookies and the collection of information from visitors at anytime without advance notice.
Should MCANDREWS adopt a new policy regarding the collection of information or cookies, MCANDREWS will post such new policy on its website. Any such policy will permit visitors to "opt out" of our collection of any personally identifying information.
MCANDREWS reserves the right to monitor any and all of your activities on the website, and to take appropriate action with respect to inappropriate or unlawful conduct, including without limitation reporting such conduct to the appropriate authorities.

MCANDREWS does not knowingly solicit information from children and does not knowingly market the site or its services to children. No one under the age of 13 should submit any personal information to MCANDREWS or the MCANDREWS website. In the event that MCANDREWS discovers that a child under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information to us, in accordance with the Children's On-line Privacy Protection Act of 1998, MCANDREWS will delete the child's personally identifiable personal information from our files.
