Professional Experience
Athar Khan joined McAndrews, Held & Malloy as a law clerk in 2007 and as a full-time associate in 2008. While with the firm, Athar has gained experience in patent prosecution and litigation. While attending law school at Whittier Law school, Athar received awards for academic excellence in Patent Prosecution, Trademark law, and Copyright Law. Athar also excelled in intellectual property law courses such as Patent law, Intellectual Property Litigation, Internet Law, and Information Privacy. Prior to joining McAndrews, Held & Malloy, Athar worked for Broadcom Corporation as a Principal Engineering Systems Analyst.
