Brianne graduated cum laude from the Northwestern University School of Law.  While in law school, Brianne was a member of the Northwestern University Law Review where she served as the Executive Colloquy Editor.  The Northwestern University Law Review Colloquy is the online portion of the Law Review and publishes weekly essays on timely legal issues.  She also excelled in Intellectual Property courses such as Patent Law, Trademarks & Unfair Competition, IP Litigation, Intellectual Capital Management, and Science, Technology and the Law.  During her last year of law school, she participated in the law school’s Supreme Court Clinic where she assisted with petitions for certiorari and merits briefs for clients with cases before the United States Supreme Court.  She also gained oral advocacy skills through participation in the law school’s Julius H. Miner Moot Court Competition.

Prior to law school, Brianne worked as a consultant for a small technology-based consulting firm in Chicago.  She gained valuable experience designing and implementing web-based software solutions for several Fortune 500 clients.

As an undergraduate studying electrical engineering at the University of Notre Dame, Brianne completed extensive coursework in areas such as electronics, semi-conductors, signal processing, computer architecture, data networks, and control systems.  As part of her senior design project, Brianne designed and developed software for a web-based inventory system.  She was elected into both the Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu honor societies.  Upon graduation, she received the prestigious Rev.
