Bryce Persichetti Associate
Bryce Persichetti is an Associate at McAndrews, where he focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and prosecution. Bryce has experience with pre-suit investigation and assessment, motion practice, and discovery in a variety of areas, particularly cases involving electronics patents, medical device patents, trade secrets, and trademarks. Bryce also has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, as well as conducting opinion work and due diligence investigations.
Bryce graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as a senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. During law school, Bryce participated in the Detkin Intellectual Property Clinic, where his clients included several Philadelphia startup companies and the Penn Center for Innovation. While at the University of Pennsylvania, he also completed the Wharton Certificate in Management program.
Prior to law school, Bryce earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. While at the University of Notre Dame, Bryce served as a teacher’s assistant and laboratory supervisor in Logic Design, and a teacher’s assistant in Thermodynamics. During his undergraduate studies, Bryce interned with Forward Slope, Inc., a technology and services company in San Diego, where he worked on a variety of software and electrical engineering projects.
