Christopher V. Carani Presents at AIPLA Design Rights Bootcamp

McAndrews Shareholder Christopher V. Carani was a featured speaker at the AIPLA Design Rights Bootcamp held at the Chicago-Kent College of Law from August 5-6. The two-day event was a comprehensive CLE program designed for both new and experienced practitioners wanting to learn about protecting and enforcing designs in all areas of IP.
Carani’s presentation on August 6 was entitled “Functionality in Copyright, Trade Dress, and Design Patents.” McAndrews was one of four event sponsors.
