Herb Hart Moderates Session at the 2022 PTAB Bar Association Annual Conference

On Wednesday, March 23, from 2:15-3:15 p.m. EDT, Herb Hart will moderate the APJ Day panel, “Strategic Considerations for Advancing Your AIA Trial Position through Conference Calls with the PTAB.” Panelists include APJ Kevin Cherry, SLJ Kalyan Deshpande, APJ Eric Jeschke, LAPJ Miriam Quinn, and APJ Kristi Sawert. The conference will take place in person on March 23-25 at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C., and the association also offers a hybrid component for those who prefer to participate virtually.
