Matt McAndrews Rejoins the Firm

Matt, the son of firm founder George McAndrews and brother of our firm colleagues Peter and Paul McAndrews, has a broad base of experience in intellectual property, technology licensing, and internet/information law with a concentration in trial and appellate practice. Matt is a strong addition to our litigation and trial bench. Having litigated dozens of cases as lead counsel, including ones culminating in jury and bench trials, he has obtained judgments and negotiated licenses and settlement agreements resulting in numerous high-dollar recoveries for his clients – totaling well into the nine-figure range. In addition, Matt has briefed and argued numerous motions during the discovery, pre-trial, post-trial, and appellate stages of litigation, and he has also argued several complex Markman patent claim construction hearings.
