McAndrews is pleased to welcome Associate Trevor Foster to the firm. Trevor practices in all areas of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent litigation.
Trevor graduated in the top 10% of his class from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was a Senior Submissions Editor for the Southern California Law Review and the President of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Society. While in law school, Trevor focused on Intellectual Property Law and earned certificates in Technology and Entrepreneurship Law and Entertainment Law. Trevor received high honors in over 10 of his classes, including Intellectual Property and Patent Law. He was inducted into the Order of the Coif in 2021.
Prior to law school, Trevor earned his Honors Bachelor of Science, graduating summa cum laude from Marquette University with majors in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and Philosophy with a concentration in Philosophy of Science and Mind.
