McAndrews, Held & Malloy Shareholder Scott P. McBride will be presenting or moderating at the following upcoming conferences. Scott, who was recently admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, is frequently invited to speak before clients, associations and other national audiences on topics ranging from the 2011 America Invents Act and the new rules that are being issued by the PTO to post-grant and inter partes review proceedings.
