Phil Ruben Provides PTAB Update at 15th Annual Design Day

The USPTO, alongside the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) and American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), held an afternoon of discussion on various aspects of design patents. The 15th Annual Design Day featured insights from USPTO design examiners and managers, design patent practitioners, and industrial designers and a welcome kick-off from newly appointed Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the USPTO, Kathi Vidal.
