McAndrews Shareholder Sandra Frantzen joined senior counsel from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Plano Synergy, and Astellas Pharma on a panel at the 5th Annual IP Strategy Summit held June 5 in Chicago. The four focused on “Navigating M&A, Transactions, and Licensing in a New Landscape.”
Topics included the current IP transactions landscape, overall M&A activity and IP valuation, current trends in licensing, and the impact of increased international business activity. Sandra also served as topic expert for a roundtable discussion called “Opinions of Counsel: Recent Developments.”
