Scott McBride’s practice focuses primarily on the litigation of patent and complex technology cases in federal courts and in review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He works with a wide array of businesses, particularly medical device companies. McBride helps clients resolve disputes and make adjustments to their patent strategies to better protect their IP investments. He has secured numerous victories for clients, including at trail, arbitration, grants of summary judgment and exceptional case findings.
