“A Justice Social” Virtual Event Celebrates Greater Chicago Legal Clinic’s Four Decades of Providing Legal Services

On November 4 at 6:30 p.m. central, join the GCLC as it celebrates 40 years of providing high-quality legal services to Chicagoland residents in the areas of immigration, family law, housing security, criminal records, and environmental law.
Governor J.B Pritzker, Senator Dick Durbin, Senator Tammy Duckworth, and Cook County Board of Commissioners President Toni Preckwinkle will be joining the program.
McAndrews, Held & Malloy will be featured prominently in the event. Sharon Hwang and the firm will be recognized with the Pro Bono Service Award for their involvement in the GCLC’s Criminal Records Program and their longtime support of the clinic. Sharon Hwang will be honored as she finishes up her three-year term as President of the GCLC Board of Directors. Ben Mahon’s appellate work for GCLC will also be highlighted.
