Congrats to Alex on being selected as the 2024 HLAI Aguila Award recipient. This award is considered the organization’s highest honor and recognizes “the exceptional efforts of outstanding members who fiercely promote the advancement of all Latinos in the legal profession regardless of their heritage or their role in the legal community. This award is bestowed upon prestigious leaders who soar above the challenges of today, relentlessly pursue wider perspectives, and use their power and strength to support the next generation of leaders and nurture the development of their sharp legal minds.”
Alex has been a long-standing member of the HLAI Board of Directors, and has served as HLAI President. Alex has also served on the Board of HLAI Charities, HLAI’s charitable arm, as a Director and Secretary/Treasurer.
Alex will be honored at the Annual Black Tie Gala, Installation Ceremony & Awards dinner on October 4.
