Complimentary, All-Day Event on June 11 Will Offer Practical Insights into

Current Issues and Recent Legal Developments

CHICAGO – June 8, 2015 – McAndrews, Held & Malloy will host its sixth annual Intellectual Property Symposium on Thursday, June 11, 2015. The complimentary event typically draws nearly 100 IP leaders and lawyers from Chicago and around the United States and abroad. Attendees are eligible to earn up to six hours of MCLE credit (including ethics).

This year, speakers and panel participants will provide practical insights into the constantly evolving landscape of patentability and patent enforcement. Presentations will address a variety of topics including strategies for pursuing and defending IPRs; recent pertinent Supreme Court decisions; IP developments in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector; and updates in trademark litigation and opposition proceedings.
