Changes to U.S. law have created a divide between the U.S. and European design law regimes. Chris and Henning Hartwig of Bardehle Pagenberg will lead the discussion on April 20 at 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. CDT. The webinar will provide a comparative analysis of U.S. and E.U. design law. It will also focus on the scope and role of prior art when determining issues of infringement, claim construction/scope of protection, anticipation, and obviousness/individual character.
