Christopher V. Carani to Deliver Three Design Patent Presentations in Japan

On Tuesday, December 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Christopher V. Carani will deliver a three-hour workshop, “Advanced Topics in U.S. Design Patent Prosecution and Enforcement” at a Japanese Trademark Association event held at Shoko Kaikan next to the Japan Patent Office in Tokyo.
From 4:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. that day, he will also deliver a presentation titled “Strategic Considerations for U.S. Product Design IP Protection and Enforcement” at a Japanese Patent Attorney Association meeting. That event will be held at the International Activities Center – Tokyo Branch. Carani will also deliver that presentation on Thursday, December 12 in Osaka at another Japanese Patent Attorney Association event that will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. at the Kansaikai Auditorium.
