Following the Feb. 5 Federal Circuit oral argument on this en banc design patent case, Chris will debrief attendees on the design patent obviousness issues at hand. He will also share insights and observations from the courtroom. Chris will be joined by Professor Mark Janis from Indiana University School of Law, as well as the counsel for both LKQ and GM.
