Christopher V. Carani to Speak at the NAPP Annual Meeting and Conference

McAndrews Shareholder Christopher V. Carani will deliver the presentation “Advanced Tips for Litigating Design Patent Cases” at the National Association of Patent Practitioners (NAPP) Annual Meeting and Conference. He will address strategic issues unique to litigating design patent cases, including claim construction, infringement, invalidity, and remedies.
The annual meeting and conference takes place July 22-24 at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, Wash. Carani’s presentation is scheduled for July 23 at 1:45-3:45 p.m. in William H. Gates Hall, Room 133.
