On Thursday, November 26, Christopher V. Carani will discuss the temporary protection provided to industrial designs under Article 11 of the Paris Convention. Users will share their experiences, including problems encountered and ways to overcome them.
Chris is speaking alongside Barbara Weizsäcker, Secretary General, European Major Exhibition Centres Association (EMECA), Brussels. Marie-Paule Rizo, Head, Policy and Legislative Advice Section, Department for Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications, Brands and Designs Sector, WIPO, Geneva, is moderating the session.
