Dunstan Barnes, Ph.D., to Speak on Design Patent Protection at AIPPI-US Global Education Forum

McAndrews, Held & Malloy associate Dunstan H. Barnes, Ph.D., is scheduled to speak at the AIPPI-US Global IP Educational Forum, a one-day CLE program that provides a detailed look into the hottest issues in many areas of intellectual property law. The program, scheduled for July 13, 2017, is co-hosted by the AIPPI-US division of AIPLA and The John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

In-house counsel, private practitioners, and IP managers whose companies and clients need protection of their IP in the U.S. and abroad are encouraged to attend. Key topics include:

Dr. Barnes also has experience drafting and prosecuting trademark applications and utility patent applications in a wide range of technological fields and industries.
