Managing IP Recognizes Dunstan Barnes and Ashley Ratycz as Rising Stars in IP

Every year, Managing IP names the “best up-and-coming intellectual property practitioners in private practice who have contributed to the success of their firms and clients.” Dunstan and Ashley were vetted and selected by the IP Stars research team as deserving of this acknowledgment.
Dunstan practices in all areas of intellectual property law with emphasis on protecting and analyzing design rights. His work in that area includes drafting and prosecuting design patent applications and conducting opinion work and due diligence investigations. In addition, Dunstan has considerable experience drafting and prosecuting utility patent applications and trademark applications across a range of technological fields and industries.
Ashley focuses on patent litigation in technology fields ranging from medical devices to communications systems. In addition to being well-versed in all phases of litigation practice, she has extensive experience in both bench and jury trials, as well as inter partes review proceedings before the USPTO.
