Christopher Santone, the first individual to pass the USPTO Design Patent Bar exam, has joined McAndrews as a Design Patent Agent. He has over a decade of experience as an industrial designer, and his background positions him as an exceptional resource for helping clients identify protectable assets and navigate the design patent process.
Christopher has designed and developed more than 100 consumer products across diverse industries ranging from furniture to electronics. He is listed as a co-inventor on 17 design patents and one utility patent, giving him a rare perspective on the intersection of creativity and IP protection.
