On Wednesday, June 3 at 11:55 a.m. ET, Wil, alongside Jodie Pimentel of the International WELL Building Institute, Elaine Drager of Nokia, and Harry Halikias of Sony Music Publishing, will participate on the CenterForce Trade Secrets Strategy Summit panel, “No More Hope-and-Pray”: Inside the First 72 Hours of a Trade Secret Crisis.” This session examines how companies should respond in the critical hours after a trade secret incident, when early decisions can determine whether they preserve, leverage, or weaken their claims.
