On June 22 at noon-1 p.m. central, Chris and Troy will present a webinar “Inflection Point: IP Innovation, Collaboration, and Enforcement at this Stage of the Pandemic” as part of AMDM’s quarterly IVD Diagnostics series. This webinar will provide an analysis of key current IP-related issues, focusing on three mission-critical areas: innovation, collaboration, and enforcement. The presentation will also provide practical guidance on topics including innovation approaches, collaboration agreements (joint collaboration, joint development, among others), and enforcement considerations for IP in light of new trends noted due to the pandemic.
