Jeff Huter is a Partner at McAndrews, which he joined in April 2009. He is primarily responsible for drafting patent applications, prosecuting foreign and domestic patent applications and managing patent portfolios in the computer, electrical and software arts.

Prior to joining McAndrews, Jeff was an in-house Senior Patent Attorney for Intel Corporation. During his first few years at Intel, Jeff helped manage the Chipsets Patent Portfolio, and prepared and prosecuted inventions spanning a wide array of computer, software and wireless technologies. In subsequent years, Jeff was based in Singapore as part of an expatriate position. While stationed in Singapore, Jeff hired and trained Intel’s Asia Patent Team and provided basic intellectual property training to engineers in the region.
