Malvika Pandya is an Associate at McAndrews, focusing on patent prosecution and litigation in the life sciences space, as well as trademark disputes. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Malvika worked as a summer associate, gaining experience in patent litigation and prosecution, motion practice, and intellectual property strategy.

Malvika received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship. During her time there, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Michigan Technology Law Review, for which she received the Award for Exceptional Journal Service, and was a board member of the Intellectual Property Student Association.

Prior to law school, Malvika graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in both Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and History of Art with University Honors.
