Nationally recognized for his IP litigation successes, Malloy has been involved in numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements. His professional highlights include arguing before the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of Eli Lilly and Company the leading case directed to the scope of patent protection for medical devices, obtaining a $166 million judgment for infringement and a $5 million award of attorney’s fees.
