McAndrews Welcomes New Associates

McAndrews is pleased to announce the addition of associates Kaitlyn Moriarty and Malvika Pandya to the firm.
Kaitlyn focuses her practice on patent and trademark litigation and intellectual property strategy. She graduated cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property and as Notes and Comments Editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review. During law school, Kaitlyn worked as a summer associate at McAndrews, gaining experience in a variety of patent prosecution and litigation matters. Prior to law school, Kaitlyn earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a minor in Structural Engineering from the University of Alabama.
Malvika concentrates on patent prosecution and litigation, and trademark disputes. Prior to joining full-time, Malvika worked as a summer associate at McAndrews, gaining experience in patent litigation and prosecution, motion practice, and intellectual property strategy. She received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship. During her time there, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Michigan Technology Law Review, for which she received the Award for Exceptional Journal Service, and was a board member of the Intellectual Property Student Association. She graduated with honors from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in both Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and History of Art.
