Amanda C. Jackson AssociateAmanda Jackson is an Associate at McAndrews, where she focuses on intellectual property prosecution and litigation. She has experience preparing and prosecuting utility and design patent applications for a variety of technologies. She also has experience in pre-suit investigations and assessment, motion practice, and advanced legal research. Amanda graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. Upon graduation, Amanda also received the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association Award. In law school, Amanda was the lead Note and Comment Editor for the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology and completed a concentration in Intellectual Property & Technology Law. She also received the CALI award for the highest grade in Copyright. Prior to law school, Amanda worked as a Technical Specialist at a Minneapolis-area law firm. Amanda graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 2016.
